Lonnie DeCloedt
My name is Lonnie DeCloedt, I live in Southern California (Palmdale, to be precise), am 45 years old, and I share my apartment with Minnie, an eight-year-old Corgi mix, and three cats: a ten-year-old female calico named Crystal (nicknamed Little Foot), a ten-year-old male Maine Coon named Tupper (nicknamed Squeaks) and a one-year-old female stray/feral cat who looks like a Bengal, named Kitteh. My interests, as can be surmised from this web site, are photography, hiking, traveling throughout California, Nevada and Arizona, and spending time in cemeteries, primarily in ghost towns. I work as a "tier one" Help Desk Support phone jockey for several Southern California hospitals (and hate every living freaking second of it), but would like to find a job working as a photographer professionally. I use the name Thomas Canty online because I'm a big fan of Mark Twain. I used to go by the name Thomas Sawyer, but when I got on the Internet (as opposed to local BBSes) I kept finding that name already taken when I tried to sign up at a new site. So, I switched to a more obscure Mark Twain character. Tom Canty was the poor kid in his book The Prince and the Pauper.

Ashley passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at the much too young age of nine. I have removed her mini bio from this page since there is now a much longer and more detailed one on her memorial page.
