I was born in 2001 in Kranj, Slovenia. As a kid, I always said I’d become a chef. I didn’t really know why – it just felt right. So I followed that path and completed my education at the Secondary School for Gastronomy and Tourism in Radovljica. I worked in some of the top kitchens in the Gorenjska region and quickly moved up the ranks.
But even though I was good at it, something was missing.
Two years ago, I bought my first camera. My first photos were… honestly, pretty bad. But something clicked – I completely fell in love with photography. In it, I found what I had been looking for in the kitchen: creativity, movement, and a sense for the right moment.
Endurance sports – running, trail running, cycling – have been a part of my life for years. I’ve been an athlete, tried different disciplines, trained hard, fallen, and gotten back up. That’s why every athletic moment feels familiar to me – I know how it looks, how it feels, and how to capture it through the lens.
Today, I work with race organizers, sports brands, clubs, and individual athletes who want high-quality, authentic, and visually powerful content. My photos help promote events, build personal or brand identity, and preserve unforgettable moments.
In my work, I’m reliable, responsive, and adaptable. I’m ready to shoot in any conditions – muddy trails, rain, climbs, or the finish line. I believe the best photos happen when the photographer truly understands what it means to give everything – both as an athlete and as a creator.
